Available roles for Staff Specialist – Psychiatrists include the provision of services in: The acute general adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit (MHIU) at the Royal Hospital (RH). The general adult Consultation-Liaison (CL) psychiatric service in the Royal Hospital (RH) and associated facilities, including the Emergency Department (ED) and the Mental Health Short Stay Unit (MHSSU). Residential facilities run by our Mental Health Service. Community-based Mental Health Services, including the Acute Care Stream (ACS), the Continuing Care Stream (CCS), Mental Health Hospital in the Home (MHHiTH) with further new services in development.
